  • Improving self-understanding and self-esteem. We can work together to help you develop a deep understanding of yourself and your emotions, encouraging a deep sense of self-compassion. 

  • Developing coping mechanisms. Instead of avoidance or engaging in habits you perceive as harmful, we can work together to beneficial coping strategies. 

  • Promoting behavioural change and non-judgemental accountability. I can help you identify and implement realistic behavioural goals that help you live the fulfilling life you're striving for.
